One thing I am very careful about is not breaking any laws and “Bebe Au Lait” has just filed a patent for a “rigid neckline” on nursing covers. Meaning according to their pending patent anything firm that holds fabric away from mom and baby falls under this rule. They are defining nursing covers as anything baby related. Even though my covers are different then theirs I do use the rigid neckline so until I hear of the results of thier patent I will no longer be making these specific covers.
